Making a Positive Impact
I am an NASM certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and Martial Artist.I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a healthy body. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design a program that fits your needs, and teach you how to be accountable with it. As a nutrition coach, I am also capable of guiding you through your eating habits and what needs to change so that you can maintain your weight and live a longer, healthier life. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.

Jumpstart Your Health

MUSCLE GROWTH/ STRENGTH TRAINING
The unique program I’ve developed will help keep calories off, make you stronger, and improve your overall health through macronutrient training, 2-3 days of resistance training, and muscular endurance training.
POSTURAL CORRECTION
There are many imbalances in the body that can come from the strain of work and everyday life. With my program I can assist in correcting these imbalances leading to lower risk of injury and better living through the use of resistance and flexibility training.


MMA TRAINING
Once receiving my black belt in TaeKwonDo, I decided to switch to MMA and have been training/coaching in said sport for the past 3 years. Me and Instructor J.t. Bennett teach MMA with elements from boxing, kickboxing,taekwondo, and Muay Thai.
WEIGHT LOSS
My weight loss program will get you maximized results using a combination of conscious eating training, 2-3 days of resistance training, and cardio training.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER AT A GYM?
I make use of the Optimal Performance Model (OPT Model), Which gives me the ability to both gradually and safely build my clients up to their desired goal using what is called periodization. I also specialize in Calisthenics, meaning that workouts I create can be done without any equipment.
WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
Aside from your own body, the best and most cost-effective home fitness equipment that can be used are resistance bands, yoga ball, and dumbbells.
HOW DO YOUR SERVICES WORK?
